Ridiculously busy day in the kitchen. I made butter from four pints of cream and then made cream of mushroom soup, which is presently in the canner. I had intentions of doing up 5lbs of meatballs for the freezer too, but I'm a little exhausted and the kitchen is now a complete mess. There's so much else work to do on top of these things, I'll be busy until midnight. I'm disappointed that 3 of 4 quarts of beef broth I made at the end of January didn't deal with their Tattler lids, and they have to be tossed now. 😞#canning #busy #foodprep #diy #fromscratch via IFTTT
